We’re a fintech venture builder and investor – a bank for entrepreneurship, founded in Stockholm in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Oliver Hildebrandt.

About the role:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines into Snowflake using dbt and AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda)
• Develop clean, well-tested dbt models and enforce version control and CI/CD.
• Implement robust data quality, observability, and alerting across pipelines; proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Define and evolve data models (star/snowflake schemas) to support analytics, product, and operational reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable data products with clear SLAs.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance (IAM/roles, data access controls, lineage, PII handling).
• Contribute to engineering best practices (code reviews, reusable components, automation, documentation).
• Support downstream BI/analytics teams with well-documented datasets and performance guidance.

About you:

• Strong SQL and Python, hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
• Solid AWS data experience (at least S3 and Lambda)
• Proven track record building and operating reliable ELT/ETL pipelines in a modern cloud data stack.
• Sound data modeling skills (dimensional modeling) and understanding of data lifecycle, quality, and lineage.
• Good business grasp: can clarify use cases, challenge requirements, and deliver data products that drive decisions.
• Git-based workflows and CI/CD familiarity

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Fivetran and/or modern BI tools such as Omni (Analytics) or Looker.
• Data observability tooling experience; orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster) exposure.
• Security/governance knowledge
• Previous FinTech or finance experience
