0TO9 exists to change that.

We’re a fintech venture builder and investor – a bank for entrepreneurship, founded in Stockholm in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Oliver Hildebrandt.

Our mission: bring the right people, skills, and resources together so fintech founders can focus on building. From capital and compliance to tech and talent, we create an infrastructure for success.

No need to start alone - you can bring your co-founder or we help you find the perfect match. A co-founding team with complementary skills and backgrounds. You will be supported by our team of experienced entrepreneurs who’ve built and exited companies across Europe, but also seasoned bankers that know compliance, balance sheet management and banking operations day in and day out.

The Role

As a co-founder, your exact responsibilities will depend on your background and strengths - whether that’s leading credit, tech, product, growth, operations, or another key area of the business. In the early stages, the work is hands-on. As the company grows, so will your role. You'll own your domain, bring in new team members as the business scales. You’ll be expected to:

• Help define and execute the company’s early strategy
• Take full ownership of your functional area (e.g. tech, credit, growth, etc.)
• Collaborate with your fellow co-founders
• Hire and lead a growing team as the company matures

We're looking for people who want to build from scratch, move fast, and scale what works - together with a venture studio that's done it before.

Who You Are

You don’t need to check every box - but the right co-founders often have:

• Experience in fintech, credit, or financial products
• A self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action
• Strong expertise in product, tech, growth, or operations
• Past startup or scale-up experience (as operator or founder)
• Drive, curiosity, and founder-level resilience

As you’ll be part of building together with your team, we’re looking for people based in either Berlin or Stockholm.
