0TO9 exists to change that.

We’re a fintech venture builder and investor – a bank for entrepreneurship, founded in Stockholm in 2025 by serial entrepreneur Oliver Hildebrandt.

Our mission: bring the right people, skills, and resources together so fintech founders can focus on building. From capital and compliance to tech and talent, we create an infrastructure for success.

Become a co-founder:

We’re looking for ambitious Tax Advisors/Accountants who want to co-found a modern, tech-driven accounting & tax advisory firm together with us.

As a co-founder, you’ll work hands-on with accounting and tax advisory while building the company. Over time, you’ll scale the business, grow the team, and define the long-term strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the company’s strategy from day one
• Take ownership of your functional area (e.g. tax, accounting)
• Ensuring compliance with German regulations and professional standards
• Building and growing a client base
• Driving digitalization and automation in accounting processes
• Hiring and leading the team as the company expands

Who You Are

• Qualified Tax Advisor or Accountant (Steuerberater or Wirtschaftsprüfer), or equivalent professional qualifications/experience in tax/accounting
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to high professional standards
• Entrepreneurial drive to co-found and grow a company
• Commercial mindset with interest in building client relationships
• Resilient, execution-focused, and ready to build from scratch
