About the role

  • Build the German credit operation for the B2C refinancing offer, and ensure it’s compliant and robust
  • Set policies, workflows, metrics, and early decisioning.
  • Partner with product/data to automate and continuously improve decisions.
  • Own portfolio outcomes and scale the team and processes as we grow.

What we’re looking for

  • Senior credit risk leader with deep German consumer lending experience.
  • Comfortable mixing strategy with execution; sleeves-up, practical mindset.
  • Data-savvy and collaborative
  • Fluent in English.
  • Motivated by helping people reach debt freedom
