As we establish our strategic hub in Poland, we are looking for a Credit & Investment Manager. Here, you won’t just analyze risk-you will structure deals, manage client relationships, and directly impact our portfolio's growth. This role bridges the gap between rigorous credit underwriting and commercial deal execution. If you are ready to combine financial discipline with commercial agility, this is your place.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the credit and risk analysis process from the initial assessment to the final decision, including due diligence and financial structuring.

• Manage direct relationships with borrowers (CFOs, CEOs) throughout the transaction lifecycle, moving beyond pure analysis to understanding their broader business goals.

• Proactively propose financial structures that solve the client's liquidity needs while rigorously protecting Flow & Partners' downside risk.

• Support the origination team in negotiating Term Sheets and credit agreements, ensuring a balance between commercial competitiveness and risk discipline.

• Prepare and present clear, high-quality investment materials and risk assessments for decision-making forums.

• Leverage your deep understanding of the client’s portfolio to spot opportunities for facility increases, cross-selling, or new financing products.

• Drive the development of new tools, credit models, and data-driven insights.

About You

We are looking for a professional who is bi-lingual in Finance and Business. You prioritize accuracy, but you also understand that credit is a relationship business. You are as comfortable building a complex cash-flow model as you are explaining a covenant structure to a client’s Board of Directors.

• 3+ years of experience within Banking, Private Debt, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Finance.

• You have an commercial mindset and understand the commercial drivers behind the numbers.

• You are a strong communicator who can articulate complex credit risks and requirements simply and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.

• Deep knowledge of credit risk, financial modeling, and the ability to assess complex financial holdings.

• Proven experience in interacting directly with clients, conducting site visits, and managing expectations during the due diligence process.

• Fluent in English and Polish.
