As we establish our strategic hub in Wrocław, we are looking for a Credit Advisor.
Here, you won’t just process applications, you will restore financial confidence, advocate for your clients, and directly impact our growth story. This role bridges the gap between rigorous credit assessment and genuine human connection.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of the loan application. You are the human face of Plus 1, ensuring that every risk assessment and decision is made with a full understanding of the person behind the numbers.
Move beyond transactional "yes/no" decisions. You will analyze the client's entire debt portfolio to identify the "how", finding the specific path to lower costs, consolidation, and stability within the Polish credit landscape.
Proactively propose repayment structures that genuinely fit the client’s life. You aren't just selling a loan; you are engineering a solution that solves their liquidity needs while ensuring they can comfortably repay.
Leverage your knowledge of the Polish credit market (banking standards, consolidation options) to explain why our solution is the best step forward for them. You translate complex financial terms into clear, human benefits.
Commercial success here means a client who feels heard and helped. You will nurture relationships, ensuring clients understand their financial health and feel supported throughout their journey with us.
About You
We place a strong emphasis on personality, someone who can command a conversation and build immediate trust.
Bi-lingual in Empathy and Finance: You prioritize analytical accuracy, but you understand that consumer credit is a relationship business. You know that behind every application is a human story.
Advocate for the Client: You have a "solution-first" mindset. When a case is difficult, you don't just look for reasons to decline; you look for responsible ways to say "yes" that protect both the client and the company.
Polish Market Knowledge: You understand how credit works in Poland—from BIK to consolidation trends, and you can navigate this landscape to find the best outcome for your customer.
Strong Communicator: You can articulate financial concepts simply, respectfully, and persuasively, making the client feel safe and informed.
Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English (mandatory). Knowledge of Swedish is a significant asset.
