To lead our next phase of growth, we are looking for a high-caliber Partner to work directly alongside our CEO.

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Accountability

• Lead strategic financial dialogues directly with Owners, CEOs, and CFOs within the mid-market segment.

• Build and leverage a premium network of deal-referral sources (Big 4, M&A boutiques, Private Equity, and law firms).

• Diagnose client cash flows and design custom-tailored liquidity facilities (Factoring, Reverse Factoring, RCFs, and Trade Finance).

• Partner with internal Risk Management to analyze deal structures, lead credit memos, and present complex cases to executive decision-makers.

• Manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial origination through legal structuring to final closing.

Who you are

We are looking for a senior professional with an equal blend of advanced analytical capability and elite client-facing advisory skills.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years within Corporate Banking (Mid-Corporate), Private Debt/Mezzanine Funds, or Debt Advisory/M&A teams.

• Deep knowledge of corporate debt instruments, asset-based lending, and financial statement analysis (IFRS/Polish GAAP).

• A proven history of originating, structuring, and closing complex debt transactions with mid-market enterprises.

• Exceptional commercial acumen and communication skills, comfortable negotiating with sophisticated buyers and private equity stakeholders.

• A creative underwriter. Where standard bank committees say "no", you have the intellectual curiosity to find a structured "yes".
