The Role
As one of our first hires in Germany, you will be at the core of our expansion - not just as an advisor, but as a leader. You'll work hands-on with customers from day one, while also helping us build, shape, and grow the sales team around you. As the German market scales, so does your role. This is a clear path into a senior commercial leadership position for someone who wants to take real ownership.
Your goal is twofold: help clients optimize their financial situation by analyzing credit requests and guiding them through the entire refinancing process - and help us build the team and playbook that will do this at scale. Your mission includes:
Managing and following up on credit applications from our digital channels, and being a role model for what great advisory looks like at Plus1.
Preparing credit assessments and evaluating repayment capacities.
Guiding customers through the process and finding solutions that provide genuine financial value.
Helping recruit, onboard, and coach new sales advisors as the German team grows.
Contributing to the improvement of our processes, tools, and KPIs as we scale the German market.
Working closely with the founding team on commercial strategy, hiring, and how we win in Germany.
Who You Are
You are a driven sales professional who loves the craft - and you're ready to take the next step into leadership. You thrive on hitting targets, you raise the bar for the people around you, and you want to be part of building something from the ground up.
3+ years in customer advisory, loan brokerage, or financial sales, with at least some experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others.
A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
You can translate numbers into clear recommendations and build trust over the phone and digital channels.
You have the drive to work independently but love being part of a team where everyone supports each other - and you have a natural instinct for lifting the people around you.
Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role as we scale.
Fluent in German and English is a must. Swedish is a major plus!
